How do you make yourself faint?
i want to do it without it being unhealthy.
QUESTION-How do you make yourself faint in a healthy way?
Give me whatever you've got even if its unhealthy.
Answer:
ok... u need another person... lean on the wall touch ur toes about 7-10 breathin deep and try to relax.. after u do that quickly hold ur breath and cross ur arms on to of ur chest and ask the other person to push against ur arms until u faint (medium hard)...
hit ur self in the head really hard
imagine gore, i guess. I don't really think you can make yourself faint. I'm sure many fake fainting all the time, but to actually induce it? Be sure to try lying in your bed, so you don't hurt yourself.
There is no healty way! Fainting is a reaction to something abnormal. If you are having a fantasy about this, talk to your doctor they may want you to see a counselor.
Hold your breath for a really long time...dangerous to do though and could lead to death, in fact, a girl was on the news because she did that and died from it recently...or maybe it was a month ago. I'm not really sure when it happened, but it was on the news a month ago anyway.

the only time that ive ever passed out on purpose was with help. and it isnt helthy at all. i bent over and took some deep breaths. i then stood up and had a friend hold my neck tight. i went out and woke up to blood clots in my neck. NOT GOOD.
watch any stupid teletubbies episode and turn the volume all the way up, you will faint instantly, or another option, hold your breath while doing cartwheels keep on going and don't stop until you feel dizzy
