My dad's an alcoholic, and we really need to get him treated. He has already consented, we just don't know how we're going to find the right treatment center for him. Any ideas?

You can peruse through the yellow pages. There will most likely be a list there of addiction treatment centers. The links I've provided below can be helpful for your search too. Just call up the centers and ask. Good luck!
Call your city's social services department and/or your state social welfare department. These government agencies should be able to point you in the right direction. It's pretty big when they admit they have a problem. My dad never admitted it.
Addiction treatment centers are everywhere, you just need to find the right one for your dad.
