I just really want to help my neighbor. I don't know how I'm going to find an alcohol rehab for her. She was pretty ok before, but now her alcohol consumption has dramatically increased. It saddens me to see her that way. It's as if she's not her old self anymore.

There are lots of alcohol rehabs out there and finding one will be pretty easy. You can take your neighbor to a doctor to have her properly assessed. That way, the doctor will be able to tell you what kind of treatment program your neighbor should have and which alcohol rehab does this kind of program.
