I am curious about how much it takes to get to and maintain that weight.
Answer:
basically, you have to take in more calories than you burn. 3500 calories equals one pound. so.if you eat an excess of that everyday.you'd probably gain a few pounds a week. it would take a while to gain all of that, though.
once i get to 500 pounds
ill let you know
You will have to eat nonstop all day...make sure it's high in fat and calories.
a lot. i think there is a website about a guy that weighed over 500 lbs. and it detailed what he ate. i can't remember his name though. do a web search for it.
i am sure mcdonald's was in his diet somewhere.
To get up that much you eat big macs like crazy!
about 6000 calories, with no exercise involved.
Depends on how long you're willing to wait to get to 500. If you plan a slow 20 year plan then you won't have to eat as much as somebody who wants an instant Buddha Belly. Also it doesn't really matter how much as opposed to what. I'd say go to burger king and order 3 meals for every meal. (9 meals from burger king a day)
(btw Buddha wasn't technically fat since he did starve himself for awhile. The fat buddha [at least in my family] is just for good luck...also i hate burger king)
ummm.. 500 pounds i guess........
why would you want this
there are easier ways to kill your self
I think you have to have the genetics to reach that kind of weight..
But yeah...lots of crappy fast food, lots of bread...no exercise.
Everything I forbid my women to do. Which is eat and sit around.
