How to clean and dry the inside of a short arm cast after sweating?

Answer:
please use some kind of powder
or even the corn starch that is in your kitchen

any time it is itchy dump powder down
do not use the perfumed kind as they can cause irritation of the skin

DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF STICK
CLOTHS HANGER
OR WOODEN SPOON
JUST USE POWDER

IF YOU POKE SOME THING DOWN TO SCRATCH AND IF YOU CUT YOURSELF YOU WILL GET AN INFECTION

THESE INFECTIONS CAN BE VERY BAD

AND THEY WILL LEAVE SCARS

YOU MAY NOT KNOW THAT YOU CUT YOURSELF
AND IT CAN EVEN LEAD TO BLOOD POISONING

I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN
We used baby powder or corn starch for my son. Not to much. Just enough to freshen it up, dry and prevent the itching!
Use a wooden skewer with cotton twisted onto the end of it. Put rubbing alcohol on the cotton...slide it into the cast and continue with this until your cast/arm is clean. Rubbing alcohol dries quickly. Just don't use too much of the alcohol. Also, it doesn't have a scent.
