How to deal with anxiety with out perscriptions?


Answer:
See a therapist for Cognitive Behavior Therapy- you can learn breathing techniques to cope with anxiety. I also heard that biofeedback and accupunture are good ways, but have not tried either of them.
Get a dog. Seriously. A lot of anxiety can be alleviated just by spending less time thinking and more time concentrating on the well being of a pet. Walking, playing, training, bathing...It's all good.
