Antibiotics are ONLY available on prescription in the UK. You will have to get a prescription from a doctor. I think prescriptions are 拢6.85 per item now, they were 拢6.65 when I left my pharmacy job last September. They rise every fiscal year. That's if you get an NHS prescription. If you're not a British citizen, you'll have to pay a private prescription cost. Depending on the drug, this can be less than an NHS prescription cost, or very, very much more.

However, unless you have been told by a medically qualified person that it is a bacterial infection, antibiotics will not help. It is probably a fungal infection, and you can buy antifungal creams over the counter for about 拢4.

It depends on the make of the antibiotics. You can go for the original which are usually much more expensive as they spent a lot on research etc. Generics are cheaper.
